Notice Board
A Board of Directors are appointed to oversee the running of the estate and grounds. This consists of usually eight residents who are happy to give their time on a voluntary basis. They meet once a month.
The Board consists of a Chairperson, Secretary, Treasurer and Board members who are responsible for various parts of the Estate such as trees, the landscaped gardens and general estate maintenance. A gardening company is contracted to maintain the gardens & lawns.
An AGM meeting is held once a year where all residents are welcome. This is usually held in March.
The Estate has a CCTV camera and a Neighbourhood Watch program Residents are kept up to date with the local Police news, via a notice board by the main gates.
